COVID INFORMATION
We are now open to see patients face to face with certain restrictions as below
If you are at all unwell with cold like symptoms, please email the clinic to reschedule your appointment.
All of our practitioners and staff are fully vaccinated, and whilst we prefer that patients attending for ‘face to face’ appointments are likewise protected, all patients will be cared for regardless
If it is your first appointment please complete the Covid assessment attached to your Booking Confirmation and submit prior to appointment,

As directed by the Ministry of Health, masks must be worn in the clinic.

Please do not bring others with you to your appointment unless medically required or you are under 16 and legally require a guardian present.
